What does this role involve?
You will be working closely with our customer team, modernising our current products and services, as well as managing new products.
You will be responsible for the value and viability risks for a product and is overall accountable for the product's outcomes.
You will monitor all aspects of a product's performance to inform the product roadmap as well as be accountable for the ownership of the product backlogs by prioritising the needs of the business.
You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, as well as gather customer insights to inform product decisions.
Who are we looking for?
Your extensive commercial Product Management experience of CRM systems and the Customer Journey, will provide you with the platform to be successful in this role.
Your willingness to take accountability for the products outcomes, will empower you to deliver value to the team.
Your previous experience of conducting competitor analysis and identifying opportunities and threats, will allow you to deliver bigger and better products to our customers.
