Job Summary
Auburn University’s Crooked Oaks is seeking a motivated and versatile student worker to assist with a variety of tasks, including farm maintenance, event setup, hospitality, forestry work, and lodge management. The ideal candidate should be dependable, adaptable, and enthusiastic about hands-on work in a dynamic environment.
Essential Functions
1. Assist with general farm maintenance, including landscaping, planting, and equipment upkeep.
2. Support event setup and takedown, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.
3. Provide hospitality services, such as greeting guests and ensuring their needs are met.
4. Participate in forestry-related tasks, such as tree care, trail maintenance, and land conservation projects.
5. Help manage lodge operations, including cleaning, organizing, and preparing facilities for use.
6. Contribute to stormwater research projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
