About Our Client
Reporting to the Financial Accountant, my client based in Worksop in looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary basis to cover sickness. Initially, the contract will be 6 weeks, with the potential to be extended. The client is offering 20 hours a week, which can be flexible to your availability. You would be required to process large volumes of invoices for a well-established company.
Job Description
You may be required to but not limited to:
3. Matching, checking and coding invoices.
4. Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details.
5. Reconciliation of supplier statements.
6. Filing invoices.
7. Other ad-hoc duties.
The Successful Applicant
8. Be immediately available or a 1 week notice period.
9. Be able to get Worksop on-site.
10. Have experience processing large volumes of invoices.
11. To be able to work well in a team.
12. Good communication.
