* Provide administrative, customer, and sales team support.
* Effective communication across the business including key stakeholders to ensure client’s expectations are met/exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process and manage contract hire agreements, lease applications, and finance documentation.
* Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in CRM systems.
* Assist in preparing and issuing finance quotations, proposals, and agreements.
* Manage contract renewals, terminations, and amendments.
* Monitor and track contract expirations and renewal opportunities.
* Lead by example provide customer service to customers in a professional manner and ensure that they receive the best possible service.
* Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services.
* Provide feedback and suggestions regarding improvements to company processes and systems.
* Align yourself with the business strategy and objectives.
* Keeping up to date with industry changes/developments.
* Function as a primary contact for customers, dealers, and brokers regarding contract hire products.
* Assist with customer onboarding and finance application processes.
* Address inquiries related to finance terms, payments, and contract conditions.
Order Processing:
* Coordinate vehicle orders, deliveries, and returns with relevant teams, and internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting & Compliance:
* Ensure compliance with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) regulations and internal policies.
* Work with credit and risk teams to ensure proper vetting of finance applications.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Assist the field sales team with pricing, quotations, and proposal generation.
* Provide administrative support for meetings, sales targets, and performance tracking.
* Coordinate with underwriting, customer service, and finance teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
Experience:
* Experience in vehicle finance, leasing, or the automotive sector is preferred but not essential. Other transferrable skills, such as being customer-facing and being comfortable working with processes would be essential.
* Comfortable working in an objectives-based role.
* Familiarity with FCA regulations and financial compliance is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
* Excellent organisational and people skills.
* Ability to both understand and focus on both client and business requirements.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to convert opportunities with prospects.
* Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and finance systems.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
* Initiative-taking.
* Ability to work alone, and closely with sales teams, finance teams, and external partners.
* Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication for liaising with dealers, customers, internal teams and key stakeholders.
Knowledge:
* Understanding of car finance products is preferable.
* Awareness of financial regulations and compliance standards.
* Adaptability to fast-paced financial and automotive industry environments.
Qualifications:
* Experience in customer-facing or industry-relevant role.
* Minimum GCSE English and Maths.
