Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. We are looking to recruit a Learning Partner who will drive the delivery of the learning and development strategy.
Working in collaboration with the Head of Talent you will be instrumental in leading, implementing and evaluating all engaging learning and development initiatives that encourage a structured learning culture across the organisation and inspires a high-performing workforce across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver customised learning programmes that align with the organisation's vision and goals.
Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and enhance employee engagement and performance.
Onboard new employees and guide them as they navigate their professional journey with tailored learning plans.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure optimum impact on employee development.
Manage the delivery of an ongoing leadership management development programme.
