The Role:
Join our friendly team as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Romsey and Waterside Day Services, where we provide a day service for adults with learning disabilities.
As an integral part of our small supportive team, you’ll carry out vital administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our service.
What you’ll do:
* Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls, acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and staff.
* Build and establish positive working relationships with staff and residents.
* Resolve queries and escalate complex queries where required.
* Data checking and monitoring, including working with spreadsheets.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous administrative experience would be an advantage.
* Resilient and able to adapt quickly and positively to changing demands.
* Professional and able to manage situations calmly and sensitively.
* Good IT skills with MO365 experience (including Word, Outlook and Excel) and a willingness to expand these skills.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* Patience, compassion, and empathy in all interactions. You’ll treat service users with dignity and respect and have a strong focus on customer service.
