This luxurious and charming 2AA Rosette Country House Hotel, set within beautiful grounds, is seeking an experienced and hardworking Chef de Partie with creativity and an eye for detail to join their kitchen team.

As Chef de Partie, you will need to stay up-to-date with all cooking and presentation techniques, preparing fresh local food for our guests and customers.
Located in a magnificent setting with beautiful views, the role includes live-in options and a fantastic culture that values staff welfare and wellbeing.
You will support the talented and well-respected Executive Chef and senior team, taking the lead within your section, mentoring, and inspiring junior team members. Experience in a busy, high-end restaurant and proficiency in preparing and presenting dishes using fresh local ingredients are essential.
Requirements & Experience
* Experience cooking fresh dishes in a Rosette-awarded property
* Eager to learn and develop
* Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests
* Ability to remain calm and focused during busy service
* Experience leading a section
* Strong team player
