About the Role
As a Distribution Administrator at Brakes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and transport activities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• De-briefing drivers and measuring delivery performance to identify areas for improvement
• Managing and maintaining accurate records, both digital and paper-based
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
• Collaborating with the Distribution Shift Manager to ensure seamless operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Familiarity with SAP or other fleet management software is an advantage
