Typical duties of a Customer Account Manager:
1. Engage with customers daily to build trust and identify solution opportunities.
2. Onboard new clients from the sales teams.
3. Lead meetings to initiate new projects.
4. Assist in designing solutions to meet customer needs.
5. Coordinate delivery progress and status meetings.
6. Review customer journeys and provide success recommendations.
7. Facilitate interactions between delivery services and customer teams.
8. Develop pipelines and recommend suitable subscriptions.
9. Analyse and resolve customer success issues.
10. Maintain performance metrics and prepare review documentation.
11. Demonstrate service value using ROI and business case performance.
12. Document customer use cases and obtain testimonials.
Core Technical Skills:
1. Experience with CRM and customer management tools.
2. Proficiency in creating and distributing newsletters and communications.
3. Experience with customer success and satisfaction surveys.
