We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident individual to join our ŠKODA Service “Front of House” team. The ideal candidate must be able to work productively as a member of our dedicated team and communicate clearly with customers and internal colleagues, in providing a first-class service. The successful applicant must have VW Group Experience and have immaculate personal presentation, be computer literate with good organization skills, a calm manner, mature mind, friendly attitude, and good people skills.

Manufacturer training will also be provided. This will require attendance of overnight stays for the duration of 2-3 nights. Online training courses are also provided as part of the overall training package.
Main Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day joint responsibility for the smooth operation of the front of house service desk.
* Welcoming and booking in daily service customers.
* Dealing with all manner of customer enquiries and requests.
* Producing a detailed job card for the technician to follow.
* Invoicing technical work with great detail and understanding.
* Following up and providing progress updates to customers.
* Explaining and selling additional work.
* Selling of Service Plans.
* Cleansing the customer database.
* General administration.
The hours per week will be Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm with a ½ hour lunch and every other Saturday from 8:30am – 12:30pm.
OTE will be between £29,000 and £33,000 per annum, including bonuses. You will also have the use of a company car should you choose, which will be fully expensed except for fuel.
