Learning & Development Advisor

Our prestigious client is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor to join their team. This role is essential in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation. Responsible for owning and creating the business training offer, in line with business requirements.
1. Create the template of the business training in line with business requirements.
2. Create, coordinate, and deliver the training plan.
3. Coordinate and source training requirements for all internal and external staff.
4. Ensure that the correct certification is held electronically and manually for all past and future training undertaken.
5. Develop and maintain accurate recording systems/databases or source suitable training software.
6. Ensure competitive prices are achieved when sourcing external training.
7. Identify any gaps in training requirements and liaise with managers and Directors at all levels to ensure delivery.
8. Create and implement Apprenticeship scheme including sourcing training providers.
9. Implement and manage company ID card system.
In order to be considered for this role candidates must have:
1. Intermediate IT Skills including Microsoft Office, Word & Excel.
2. Experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills.
3. L&D Qualification (CIPD) would be helpful but is not essential.
Owner/Driver required due to semi-rural location.
