With growth in our sales team, now is the time to join us a Sales Co-Ordinator.
The FMF Group Ltd trading as Full Metal Finance were founded in 2020 and are on track to provide SME’s with over £50million in business funding this financial year.
We are one of the most exciting and dynamic commercial finance brokerages in the UK and we are looking for highly-motivated, focused individuals to join our team.
With a strong focus on the construction, plant hire, civil engineering and transport sector, our aim is to become the number one finance broker to these sectors in the UK.
This role would suit someone with a background of dealing with complex transactions, such as estate agents, recruitment, car sales etc. You will need to quickly grasp an understanding of our sales process and will be working in a fast-paced & demanding environment.

By joining The FMF Group Ltd, your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Calling potential customers to follow up on any information our Account Directors may require for a deal
* Consult with the borrowers and eligible lenders and provide information/ answer any questions that may arise
* Maintain performance over several KPI verticals.
* Liaise directly and via experienced Account Directors to 'broker' with Lenders to secure funds and better deals for our customers.
* Work directly with Account Directors to close deals in a quick, efficient and compliant manner
* Maximise all business opportunities (be able to spot extra income in every deal)
* Deliver excellent customer service to all clients, prospect clients, internal and external customers.
* Become an expert in the world of commercial finance and alternative lending
About you:
* Previous administration experience; ideally within the finance / financial services sector, however all B2B & car sales experience will be considered
* Good listening skills, understanding how and where to place complex enquiries and understanding customer’s needs.
* Strong tenacity to keep the deal moving forward and to chase down business.
* Good all-round communication skills
* Understand the importance of legal documentation and the impact on the company.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to enroll on an industry recognised Commercial Finance Broker Academy course, gaining detailed knowledge and insightful experience into the industry.

Qualifications:
