We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our HR team. This role is a new opportunity with the team and would be a great first step to developing your career in payroll. Reporting into the Payroll Lead you will be assisting in the processing of our weekly payroll with a focus on time and attendance pay records.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assists with processing the company’s weekly payroll via the time and attendance system.
2. Helps to maintain payroll and processing system and records.
3. Coordinates request for leave and other absences in the relevant systems.
4. Administers in the system authorised changes in job status and job titles.
5. Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
6. Completes time and attendance reports for payroll record keeping and management information.
7. Achieves all agreed deadlines.
You will be able to demonstrate:
1. GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English.
2. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Understands the confidential nature of the work.
You must be eligible to work in the UK in order to be considered for this position.
