Job summary Nursing Accreditation and Quality Improvement Manager plays a vital role in maintaining excellent clinical standards and monitoring the quality of patient care, safety, and experience within the organisation. This role involves coordinating and delivering the trust-wide ward accreditation programme, including developing timelines, creating communication plans, allocating resources, preparing reports, and monitoring progress to achieve accreditation goals focused on patient safety and quality. The postholder will support the Nursing Quality Improvement and Accreditation Lead in delivering trust-wide nursing ward accreditation and quality improvement projects aimed at achieving operational excellence, culture change, improved patient outcomes, and enhanced safety and patient experience. He/she will co-drive initiatives to promote excellence in care, continually improving clinical standards and organisational KPIs.
