Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
* Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
* Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical histories, identifying any changes in condition that require attention.
* Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post-treatment care.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
* Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Requirements
* Valid nursing registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
* Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
* Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
