Operations & Growth Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations & Growth Manager to oversee our day-to-day ecommerce operations, customer service, platform development, and business expansion. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is ready to take ownership across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and optimise operational processes across ecommerce, fulfilment, logistics, and customer service.
* Manage day-to-day marketplace operations, ensuring seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
* Support and coordinate platform development, working closely with tech, marketing, and product teams.
* Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer service processes, and scalability.
* Act as the communication bridge between customers, operations, and internal teams, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
* Help lead expansion projects including product launches, new categories, and regional growth initiatives.
* Set, track, and deliver on operational KPIs, reporting to leadership on performance and improvement areas.
* Develop and manage team workflows across multiple departments.

1. You have a minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in management roles.
2. You are tech-literate and feel comfortable navigating and learning complex tech stacks.
3. You are able to take responsibility and manage multiple departments across operations, ecommerce, and development.
4. You are comfortable with the salary range of £30,000–£40,000 per annum, with performance-based bonuses.
5. You are willing to work full-time from our office in Knightsbridge.

Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience in ecommerce operations, fulfilment, and customer service management.
* Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to handle customer issues professionally and proactively.
* Tech-savvy with experience using ecommerce platforms, CRMs, CMS systems, and other operational tools.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
* Analytical and data-driven mindset, with strong attention to detail.
* Hands-on attitude, comfortable working in a fast-moving, ever-changing startup environment.
* Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
