An opportunity has arisen with a well-established Shrewsbury organisation for an experienced Customer Service Administrator. The company is a market leader in their field and is privately owned. This is an exciting role for someone who has worked in a similar position.
Essential Experience
1. Previous experience within a similar role
2. Ability to work within a fast-moving environment to strict deadlines
3. Excellent IT skills, ideally with knowledge of Microsoft Office
4. Professional telephone manner and enjoy building lasting business relationships
5. Ability to work to targets and KPIs
6. Own transport due to location
Key Duties
1. Responding to customer enquiries
2. Raise quotations and process sales orders
3. Complete forms and reports in Excel
4. Answer incoming calls
5. Liaise with other departments such as purchasing, accounts, and marketing
