Day to Day Responsibilities
We are looking for bright, motivated, and analytical minds to join our Kroll Responder Business Operations team as a Vice President, supporting Kroll Responder services globally.
Responsibilities include:
Strategic and Operational Planning & Project Management
1. Lead and manage complex projects to ensure maximum impact and successful delivery aligned with strategic objectives.
2. Manage project scope, scheduling and resource allocation across multiple projects aligned to strategic goals.
3. Translate insights into actionable outputs to enhance the service line’s strategic goals.
4. Manage complex technical cyber projects involving multiple stakeholders, across different disciplines.
Process Improvement
1. Lead and own process transformation and identify continuous improvement opportunities across service lines.
2. Map current ('As-Is') business processes and workflows, identifying key areas for harmonization.
3. Identify gaps in processes, technology, and tools, proposing best practices to streamline operations.
4. Demonstrate critical thinking to develop innovative solutions aligned with Managed Services objectives.
Stakeholder Management
1. Offer objective insights and challenge processes through a 'business change' lens.
2. Collaborate with various teams to secure buy-in and build effective, influenceable relationships.
3. Offer clear prioritization for teams and assets in line with the company's strategic goals.
4. Navigate ambiguity and provide clear recommendations and next steps across the business, including Managed Services Leadership level.
5. Simplify complex information into easy-to-understand content.
6. Provide subject matter expertise in change/project management.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years’ Project and Change Management experience, within the Cyber industry, preferably Managed Services.
2. Six Sigma qualified preferable Proven experience in successfully delivering projects with a high impact on people and ways of working.
3. UK or EMEA based.
4. While this role is remote working, the successful candidate must be able to periodically work from Kroll’s UK offices to support Kroll’s Managed Services technical and leadership teams.
5. Ability to connect and manage senior stakeholders effectively.
6. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex strategic ideas to a wide range of audiences.
7. Strong ability to design, plan, and proactively manage change and capability initiatives to completion.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address barriers to project success.
