Strong background in Quantity Surveying, ideally within an M&E or Security background
• Strong financial skills
• Knowledge of Construction Design Management Regulation
Administration of the commercial and contractual aspects of assigned projects and contracts.#
• Management of project costs, identifying opportunities for savings and driving value.
• Preparing and submit payment applications and assess sub-contractor applications.
• Administer contractual terms and conditions for suppliers and sub-contractors
• Proactively identifying risks and manages variations and changes to contracted scope.
• Prepare and submit KPI’s, job costings and financial reports as necessary.
• Assess potential contractor and supplier claims and make recommendations for settlement.
• Finalise contractor accounts and close out contracts.
