We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Learning and Behaviour Support Supervisor to join a small alternative provision in Blandford Forum.
This full-time role, starting after Easter, on the 22nd April 2025, is an excellent chance to make a real impact on the lives of young learners who require additional support.
As an Learning and Behaviour Support Supervisor, you will:
1. Work Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm in a full-time capacity
2. Provide 1:1 support for students aged 5-16, ensuring they receive the individual attention they need
3. Supervise and engage students in a range of learning activities in the absence of the class teacher
4. Support students with a variety of special educational needs (SEN), helping them to develop confidence and independence in their learning
5. Foster a positive and inclusive environment, encouraging students to reach their full potential
6. Work closely with a supportive team to deliver high-quality education in a setting tailored to the needs of each student
