Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with diary management, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external communications, handling calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Support the coordination of travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
* Help maintain office organisation, including managing meeting rooms and general upkeep.
* Assist with ordering and managing office and kitchen supplies to ensure smooth operations.
* Support planning and coordination of events, both internal and external.
* Contribute to internal projects and support efficient communication across departments.
* Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and help follow up on action items.
* Support the team with administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
