ACCOUNT CO-ORDINATOR - CUSTOMER SERVICE Salary: £25,000.00 Location; St. Ives, Cambridgeshire Are you customer service focused? Do your team mates love working with you? We have the job for you At Move With Us, part of Simplify, we are looking for a new Account Co-ordinator join our friendly team You'll be comfortable working towards strict SLA's and able to build productive relationships to ensure consistently high standards of work. You will be happy talking to members of the public to arrange and confirm appointments and working in a fast paced environment, as well as dealing with external agents and providing them with clear instructions and deadlines. You will be a real people person but also tenacious and happy to organise and chase down reports to fulfil targets. You'll be computer literate with proficiency across the full Microsoft Office suite (ie, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and familiar with using data to produce reports. We will need a few things from you… To be successful in this role, you'll need to be personable yet professional, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, particularly over the phone. You will be motivated to overcome problems and multi-task to ensure that targets and deadlines are adhered to. Whilst team work and building a great team ethos is critical to this post, you will also be able to work autonomously and make important decisions with minimal input from others. Whilst qualifications are key for most roles of this grade, this particular role is very much experience driven and the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a good general education, a strong work ethic, and a passion for people. You will be computer literate and competent with Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word and Excel.
