Your Role as IT Service Desk Analyst will include:
1. Managing and delivering on support desk issues ensuring timely and adequate resolutions
2. Hybrid home and office shift work, 11:00-19:00
3. Working with ticketing systems, troubleshooting & escalations
4. Using ITSM tools, FreshService
The successful IT Service Desk Analyst will have:
1. Qualification in IT or Computer Science
2. Technical support, help desk, or similar experience
3. FreshService or other ITSM tools experience
