Sous Chef or Chef de Partie (live in available) required for our client, a restaurant with wedding/function/events space, opening this month in the Croydon area.
As Sous Chef / Chef de Partie, the ideal candidate for this role will have previous restaurant and banqueting experience. You will have a passion and enthusiasm in your work. This role will require that you work weekends. Monday and Tuesday the restaurant is closed.
The role of Sous Chef / Chef de Partie will require you to assist the Head Chef with the smooth delivery of service to maintain standards and reputation. This is a hands-on role using fresh produce and requires good kitchen management to include health and safety/cost control, etc.
