Key Responsibilities:
* Service, repairs and maintain heavy equipment, all new/used trailer prep, mechanical servicing and minor fabrication of trailers.
* Meet and exceed monthly retail targets and set KPIs.
* Maintain a detailed understanding of the company products and services.
* Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
* Foster strong relationships with customers to maximise repeat business.
* Manage and maintain inventory stock levels within the dealership.
* Attend and participate in all training sessions and meetings for personal development.
* Work in collaboration with other team members to manage leads and ensure the best possible customer experience.
* Confident with producing videos for customers explaining repairs required.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
* Workshop experience working on similar equipment.
* Prior experience repairing trailers or vehicles would be an advantage.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed efficiency in the workshop.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Good organisational and time-management skills.
* Progression in job role as the business and workshops develops.
* Willingness to learn.
* Valid driver's license.
