#hiring Registered Care Home Manager - Residential/Dementia Care Home
Location: NG31 Stamford, Lincolnshire
Salary: c£65k/70k per annum + benefits
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time 40 hours per week
My client, a reputable independent care provider, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Care Home Manager to manage a new 60 bed residential and dementia care home in NG31 Stamford, offering specialist care for the elderly and individuals living with dementia. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate professional to lead a team and deliver high-quality care due to the retirement of the current manager.
The home is fully occupied and has a good reputation locally. As Manager, you will be directly involved in the day-to-day running of the floor and office of the service so that the unit meets the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act and associated regulations.
You will lead and motivate a stable team consisting of a deputy manager and carers, supported by an experienced operational team including a quality manager and regional manager.
This role would be ideal for a very experienced deputy manager looking for their first registration or an experienced home manager looking to work for a smaller, friendly operator.
