Production Operator
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a giftware brand renowned for creating personalised, hand-crafted gifts for special occasions like Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and Christmas. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to producing unique, custom-made items!
Job Title: Production Operator
Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour
Hours: 8am – 5:30pm, 5 days per week (rota-based)
Location: Near Pershore (Own transport required due to location)
Contract: Temp to perm for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating heat print machines and engraving machines
* Working with sublimation processes, imprinting, and jewellery making
* Ensuring precise attention to detail for the production of high-quality, personalised gifts
* Maintaining a focus on efficiency and meeting production deadlines
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
* Experience with heat print and engraving machines is an advantage, but not required – full training provided
* Knowledge of Photoshop is a bonus but not essential
* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Own transport due to the location
