Casual Night Operations Conference Centre Ltd
Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not subject to:
* Ensure that all guests are cared for in a professional and welcoming manner and receive an exceptional level of customer service, respond to guest service requests as and when needed.
* Carry out fire and security building patrols throughout the night.
* Assist with clearing and resetting meeting rooms when required.
* Serve occasional drinks in the bar after hours, on request to the required standard.
* Prepare occasional late night menu options to the correct standard.
* Cover reception desk-based duties once trained, including reporting and night audit process.
* Cleaning of specified public areas ready for the next day’s operations.
* Always follow all Food Handling and Hygiene guideline regulations.
* Carry out any other reasonable task as requested by a member of the management team.
Working hours are between 23:00 and 07:00 Monday to Sunday. Number of shifts will vary per week. Shifts are available on as and when required basis in line with levels of business.
