Job Title:
A Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager is required to lead the implementation of company-wide health, safety, and environmental policies. This role involves ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and training programs
* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and other applicable standards
* Collaborate with employees at all levels to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
* Manage and mitigate risks associated with operations
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a certificate in IEMA and have auditor training in ISO 14001. They should also have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Location:
This role is based in the West Midlands region, commutable from areas including West Bromwich, Oldbury, Walsall, Dudley, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Wolverhampton, and Telford.
Package:
The salary for this position is £52,500 per annum, plus a scaled pension scheme and other benefits.
