An exciting opportunity have arisen within the Medical Workforce Team for the role of Rota Coordinator, ( Band 4) on a permanent basis. You should have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work of your own initiative and think calmly and logically under pressure. Experience of working in a busy office environment and using management information systems would be beneficial. Hours per week: 37.5 Main duties of the job The post holder will act as key point of contact for Medical Workforce queries and provide an efficient Medical Staffing advisory service. They will also be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the Medical Workforce Department, ensuring that rosters meet operational demand.
