Job Description
How You'll Make an Impact
Epsilon's Digital Media Solutions practice helps marketers enhance the effectiveness of their complex digital marketing programs by being industry leaders and SMEs at the intersection where offline and online data comes together.
The Lead Technical Integration Engineer holds a pivotal role in partnering with global teams to provide technical consulting, advanced troubleshooting, and subject matter expertise for both third-party and Epsilon's proprietary ad server platforms. This role requires proven leadership, a diverse spectrum of technical competencies, a thorough understanding of the ad server ecosystem, and a keen interest not only for finding solutions but also for understanding their underlying mechanisms.

Based in the United Kingdom, you will lead a local team and mentor international Integration Engineers, guiding them through strategic initiatives and ensuring successful project deliveries. Additionally, you will be hands-on in troubleshooting assigned escalations, reviewing engineering releases, and completing Jira tickets promptly, balancing both leadership and technical responsibilities effectively.
This position provides an excellent opportunity to take ownership of strategic projects, led by example, and spearhead innovative solutions within the organization.
What You'll Achieve
1. Engage with top tier clients and internal stakeholders on technical implementation topics, providing support for complex website tagging, third-party tags, and app integrations for client campaigns.
2. Provide escalation support to troubleshoot 3rd party discrepancy investigations (impression, click, viewability, etc.), ad rendering issues, delivery issues, and website tagging issues, ensuring resolution for each issue.
3. Collaborate and guide cross functional teams globally as a technical subject matter expert through integration projects involving multiple stakeholders while managing competing priorities.
4. Manage and mentor a regional team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of their output while serving as the primary point of escalation.
5. Inspire and motivate team members across multiple global regions by providing growth opportunities through impactful goals and cross-training initiatives.
6. Continuously challenge status quo and analyze both holistically and granularly to identify automation and innovation opportunities.
7. Train and communicate technical topics to both technical and non-technical multinational audiences.
8. Establish and document best practices for Operations teams and facilitate knowledge sharing.
9. Work with Product and Engineering QA to coordinate testing strategies and monitoring plans, and lead validation testing for Operations.
