Shift Times: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Includes alternate weekends)

Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join their team! What We’re Looking For
* Qualifications: Level 3 Health and Social Care or higher.
* Experience: Minimum of two years as a Care Assistant in a residential or nursing home setting.
* Person-Centred Care: Strong understanding of individualised care planning.
* Safeguarding: In-depth knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
* Location: Must live within a 30-minute commute of Sleaford.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead by example, providing supervision and guidance to the care team.
* Support and mentor colleagues, contributing to their professional development.
* Communicate any concerns effectively to senior management.
* Implement individual care plans and ensure daily tasks are carried out efficiently.
* Offer compassionate and responsive personal care assistance to residents.
* Observe and monitor residents' wellbeing, promptly reporting any changes.
* Allocate and oversee the work of Healthcare Assistants (HCAs).
* Maintain positive professional relationships with residents, colleagues, and visitors.
* Undertake medication training and administer medication as required.
