About the Role
The Early Careers Program Senior Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Human Capital & Talent team. This role will be responsible for coordinating all stages of the UK Business Services Training Programs (BSTP), while coordinating graduate rotations and gathering feedback through regular check-ins to suggest improvements and, ultimately, guiding and supporting trainees with their long-term career aspirations. This role will be located in our Manchester office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing all aspects of the UK Early Career program lifecycles, including orientation, integration, departmental rotations, performance reviews, and ongoing training, to ensure continuous growth and development.
2. Collaborating with global Early Career stakeholders throughout the firm to ensure alignment of programmes, share best practices, and contribute to workforce planning.
3. Cultivating strong relationships with internal departments to ensure effective support for trainees, aligning their development goals with departmental and program needs.
4. Collaborating with internal teams to attract and recruit talent for the UK Early Career programmes, supporting talent acquisition efforts and consistently seeking improvements in the process.
5. Supporting the execution of UK Early Career recruitment events and representing the firm at external functions.

1. Possess well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm.
2. Display the ability to work in a team environment with a customer-service focus.
3. Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
And have:
1. Experience in managing or coordinating Early Career programs, ideally within a professional services environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of early talent strategies, recruitment processes, and programme management.
