Sales Engineer required for an innovative new entrant into the Commercial Ventilation market, basic to £60K, bonus to £15K, Volvo to cover the Birmingham, Nottingham, Derby, Leicester area in the Midlands.
THE COMPANY
With sales of over £100m in the EU, and experience of selling into the UK for over 15 years, although this is a new entrant into the UK, they know this market well enough to make the best of it. They have some highly experienced senior members of the team who have spent a lifetime selling Commercial Ventilation products into the UK market. Best of all they have some fantastic products, particularly on the Air Handling Side with their integral heat pumps where no refrigeration pipework is needed. They have a wide range of products, with good stocking levels in the UK where you can get delivery in 2-3 days.
THE ROLE
To sell their fantastic Commercial Ventilation range into M&E Consultants and M&E Contractors. This is a cradle to grave role where there will be some design work, and also some negotiation to be done at the M&E Contractor stage. Quotations are easily done yourself with their design software. They have their own CIBSE approved CPD which can be delivered to specifiers.
THE PERSON
Sales experience on products related to their range (commercial boilers, commercial pumps, commercial flues, air con, domestic ventilation) or internal sales experience on their product range. Knowledge of M&E Consultants or Contractors. Driven and motivated to build a brand. Self-reliant.
THE PACKAGE
Basic to £60K depending on experience. Bonus to £15K dependent on sales v target and margin. Company car - Volvo hybrid. 25 days holiday. Life Insurance and critical illness cover. Good pension - 7% employer.
THE LOCATION
Covering the Midlands and based near any of: Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham or Derby, or Stoke.
