As an Internal Talent Resourcer, you’ll attract top talent from candidate pools to ensure positions are filled with the best possible candidates. You’ll source and attract new candidates by using databases and job boards. It will be your job to support the principal recruitment consultant with certain tasks. This includes candidate name gathering, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance, and ensuring quality assurance compliance.

1. Using various job platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn to source candidates
2. Building talent pools within certain geographical locations
3. Reviewing CVs to assess the required skill set
4. Supporting the wider recruitment team with day-to-day administrative tasks
5. Providing the necessary data to the Head of Talent and the HR department
What you know:
1. Experience in the recruiting process
2. Strong IT skills and excellent communication with good interpersonal skills
3. Completed your higher education, such as A-Level or equivalent, with a minimum grade 4 or grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
4. Best practices for safeguarding, health & safety, inclusion and diversity, and confidentiality, in addition to any other relevant employment legislation
5. How to prioritize multiple tasks through organization, time management, and strong decision-making skills to meet deadlines and targets
