We provide crisis accommodation, a community hub for people experiencing homelessness, supported accommodation, accommodation for families, move on and outreach support, and a dedicated harm reduction/activities and inclusion team. We strive to not only to deliver a quality service to each individual, but ensure every interaction matters. This role will be based at our Crisis Accommodation and will be 37 hours a week averaged over a 2-week rota to include evenings and every other weekend. You would be joining a multi-disciplinary team where the focus is providing an exemplary service to the individuals we support. This includes the day-to-day running of the day centre, providing one-to-one support, managing a case of individuals who are housed in our crisis accommodation service and supporting individuals who are currently experiencing homelessness. We are less interested in the experience you provide as training will be provided but more interested in individuals who feel motivated and can self-manage their time and passion to supporting individuals to move forward with their lives.
