As part of our growth plans for 2025, which will see the opening of the first phase of our brand new terminal, we are looking to recruit a Business Support Administrator to provide support to the executive team to ensure safe, compliant and ongoing operations effectiveness of the organisation. What You'll Be Doing: Provide seamless administrative support to the Executive Team, ensuring high-quality service. Represent the airport with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-focused attitude. Organise and manage external meetings, business events, and conferences, ensuring all logistics run smoothly. Manage the administration of Board Meetings and provide meeting support, including accurate minute-taking. Oversee the smooth operation of the administrative office, including managing mail, supplies, and office consumables. Support with diary management, scheduling internal and external meetings for the Executive Team. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for the Executive Team and other management personnel. Take accurate minutes at the Safety Review Board, Airport Consultative Committee, and Executive Meetings. Ensure the office environment is always welcoming, with high standards of service and hospitality for visitors. Key Skills & Experience: Proven administrative experience, ideally in a corporate or executive support role. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality service in all administrative tasks. Experience with diary management and arranging meetings, events, and travel. Ability to manage office supplies and coordinate office resources efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or equivalent tools. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to take and circulate accurate meeting minutes. Professional, customer-focused approach to internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage and coordinate events, including negotiating contracts and logistics. A team player who can collaborate effectively with senior leaders and colleagues.
