Your Responsibilities:
* Understanding, analyzing, and refining client briefs with meticulous attention to client expectations.
* Listening attentively to the needs of all relevant stakeholders.
* Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with client objectives while anticipating future changes.
* Collaborating seamlessly with stakeholders and internal project teams to ensure designs align with budgets and technical requirements.
* Effectively communicating key design aspects to obtain client approvals at each project stage.
* Staying abreast of industry design, direction, and legislative developments.
* Championing creativity and innovation in crafting workplace solutions.
Your Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in commercial office fit-out within Design and Build.
* Proficiency in Revit (not mandatory - good to have though!)
* Confidence and experience in client-facing roles
* Ability to thrive under pressure, meeting deadlines especially during pitches and tenders.
* Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Effective time management skills and the ability to lead and inspire others towards common objectives.
