What you’ll be doing
As a Sales Leader, you will be empowered to develop and execute specific market strategies through leading a high-performing sales team within the geographic region of EMEA, focusing on Industrial Enterprise customers.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
* Develop a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the EMEA market and Industrial enterprise customers.
* Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent growth and market penetration.
* Influencing excellence and consistent improvement by conducting regular performance reviews and providing actionable feedback to team members.
* Manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve sales goals, whilst monitoring expenses to adhere to financial guidelines.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in England, UK but France and Germany will be considered.
You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience of managing a high-performance sales team, selling high value technology solutions. As well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, or a related field.
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
* An excellent communicator with lots of energy to mobilise their team. Measurable quality and professional attitude
* Strong strategic planning and execution skills to drive sales growth and achieve targets
* Be savvy in identifying and expanding strategic accounts to further mentor upskill the existing team
* Hold deep knowledge of industrial markets across EMEA
* Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting to inform decision-making, strategy and resolution of complex sales challenges effectively
