As part of our Cleaning Services Team, you will…
- S upport the Cleaning Services Team Manager with all, planning, preparationand activity attributed to the day-to-day operation of the Cleaning Servicesdepartment
- Support with the control and allocation of porterage jobs,ensuring work is distributed and completed in line with our service levelagreement.
- This is a hands-on role where you will be mainly officebased, but you may need to support with other tasks out on Park.

Experience and Qualifications
You may already have experience within Cleaning or Facilities Operations whichis great! All we are looking for is…
- Previous experience of working within a large team
- The ability to work at pace and under pressure whilst remaining organised
- Experience of planning and organising operational tasks, stock control andmanaging budgets
- Can confidently deal with Guest concerns with the ability to resolveproblems, show empathy and understanding
