Duties/Responsibilities: Service and maintain fire safety equipment for our public and private sector clients, in line with the relevant standards. Completing paperwork and providing certification for client premises Managing / Attending to Call Out Requests in the area Supply and install new portable firefighting equipment / signage in client premises Attend staff meetings / toolbox talks, undertake staff training / courses as deemed necessary to perform the Fire Safety Technician role and to enhance your skill set and experience Candidates will require the following essential criteria: At least one years experience in a service-based role Full Clean Driving Licence Strong attention to detail Strong written communication Ability to hold an autonomous role and demonstrate good time management Comfortable using field-based work management software Applicants must have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team Applicants must be well presented with a positive, proactive, and professional approach Applicants must be able to supply suitable character references Align with our Behaviours and Attitudes (Integrity, Passionate, Accountable, Supportive, Professional) Desirable Criteria Experience in undertaking the maintenance of Fire Extinguishers in accordance with BS 5306 and previous Extinguisher technician certification Experience in field service and providing clients with an exceptional customer experience An interest in working with a diverse range of local and international clients Familiar with and ability to demonstrate knowledge of a wide range of products within the fire industry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good presentation (ensuring company vehicle, uniform and paperwork promote a professional image) The Package Company Van, Phone, Fuel Card, and Uniform HSF Health Plan Pension Scheme Cycle to Work Scheme Continual Professional Development with time allowed for training with the opportunity for progression in a fast-growing company Potential to develop skills in different areas of fire safety services, including fire suppression, fire alarms and fire doors Team building Days / Trips away 20 days paid holidays plus statutory days Monthly productivity bonus scheme (Uncapped) Additional Holiday for Birthday Allowance Closing date: 30 days Application Method: CV
