Salary: £26,000 - £29,000
Role Definition: We are looking to welcome an enthusiastic, highly motivated and friendly person to join our ABP Lurgan Accounts Team. This would be a great opportunity for a positive Can-Do Accounts Administrator to develop their accounting skills, focusing on Livestock Payments, Sales Ledger and other accounting and administrative duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process livestock payments, meeting deadlines and managing payments.
* Sales Ledger invoicing and credit management.
* Provide cover for other accounts assistant positions when necessary.
* Assist in Month End as well as weekly reporting, analysing & providing reports when required.
Experience / Skills:
* Previous finance experience preferred however full training will be provided.
* Good computer skills (proficient in excel and other office packages).
* Exposure to account systems advantageous but not necessary.
Personal Qualities:
* High level of self-motivation and able to use own initiative.
* Flexible & adaptable in approach.
* Organised and good timekeeper.
* Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills.
* Confidentiality on sensitive information.
* Excellent communicator & team player who can adhere to short deadlines.
