About the role
Hammersmith & Fulham's ambition is to focus on increasing the quality of our practice and the work with children, young people, and families to sustain positive change. We are looking for an experienced paediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our established Special Educational Needs OT team, working in mainstream schools across the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
You will support children and young people with developmental, physical, social, communication, and other challenges through both direct and indirect interventions to meet the outcomes outlined in their Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Additionally, the team collaborates with school staff to enhance school-led support for these children, providing training for teachers and parents. This job is a fixed term contract for 1 year as a term time position.

Role Specific Qualifications:
* Degree / Diploma in Occupational Therapy and post-qualifying experience working in paediatrics including implementation of the Children and Families Act / SEND Code of Practice.
* HCPC registration.
