About the Technical Compliance Coordinator job
The purpose of your role will be to conduct internal and supplier audits ensuring conformance at all stages whilst keeping accurate records of data and non-conformances.
Key tasks
1. Maintain raw materials and packaging as well as supplier databases to a high level of accuracy in line with code of practice, legislation, and internal requirements.
2. Request completion of technical forms from suppliers, review/approve them, and monitor the reviewing statuses.
3. Work closely with the Supplier Compliance Manager to ensure the documents held on file are up to date and accurate.
4. Collaborate with Specifications, Product Technologists, NPD, and Sales Teams to ensure all internal and customer queries related to suppliers/raw materials/packaging are actioned or escalated where necessary.
5. Carry out internal and supplier audits in accordance with internal guidelines to comply with regulation and legislative requirements.
About You
1. The successful candidate shall have previous experience in a Technical Compliance role within food manufacturing.
2. Possess relevant qualifications in Food Safety, HACCP, and TACCP/VACCP.
3. You will ideally have 3rd party audit certification.

The Technical Compliance Coordinator job (ref:8858) is paying £45,000 - £50,000 according to your experience.
The working hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm and offers hybrid working (1-2 days per week) around audit commitments. There will be some travel in Europe where required.
The site is near Yeovil and is commutable from Bath, Bridgewater, Salisbury, Wincanton, Shepton Mallet, Frome, Shaftsbury, Dorchester, Illminster, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, and other towns within Somerset.
