The Role The Plumbing department is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to manage the delivery of plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Projects typically range up to £2M in value, and you will collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities Oversee procurement of materials, labour, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and successful project delivery. Financial Control: Ensure strong commercial management to maintain cash flow and project profitability. Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards and meet KPIs, upholding the company’s reputation for excellence. Team Leadership: Provide technical and installation guidance, mentoring operatives and ensuring their professional development. Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce company-wide safety standards, ensuring projects adhere to regulations. Business Development: Nurture relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or in a similar role. Plumbing/Building Services technical qualifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Valid CSCS Card. What’s on Offer?
