We are looking for inspirational leaders with a passion for person-centred care, a successful track record of developing and motivating teams, excellent organisational and management skills, and experience in care home management, marketing and occupancy. You will have a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines, and the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels. Experience creating strong links within the local community is also essential.
