To be successful in this role you will have: A recognised social care or nursing qualification and registration (as appropriate to the needs of the service). Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent as required for registration. Substantial experience in managing care teams / supervisory or management experience in a care environment. Strong people and communication skills with excellent customer service. Thorough understanding of financial data and ability to manage budgets. Experience of a range of different departments i.e. therapies, transport, catering, administration, care and maintenance is advantageous. Please see the job description (link below) for more details.
