Key Responsibilities of the HLTA Provide exceptional support to classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons. Lead small group sessions and provide one-on-one support to help students achieve their learning goals. Work closely with students to support their academic progress and emotional well-being. Assist in maintaining a well-organized and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise students during breaks and offer pastoral support as needed. Help prepare learning materials and resources to enrich classroom activities. What We’re Looking For A recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent experience. Experience in an educational setting, preferably in a similar role. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with both students and staff. A proactive, flexible approach with strong classroom management abilities. A genuine passion for education and supporting student development.
