Maintenance Engineer - Kidderminster

Shifts: 4 on 4 off - Day and night
What You Will Do:
Install and maintain all electrical & electro-mechanical plant equipment, ensuring operational efficiency.
Operate a preventative electrical maintenance system to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards.
Conduct fault finding and repairs, enhancing the reliability of production processes.
Use various types of testing equipment to locate and remedy faults, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.
Fault finding on PLC’s, Drives, Inverters and pneumatic systems.
Contribute to safe systems of work (SSOW) documentation and adhere to the company's quality system & standards in accordance with BSEN ISO 9001.
What You Will Bring:
A minimum level 3 qualification in an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering discipline, coupled with experience in a manufacturing/factory environment.
Apprenticeship served
A strong commitment to safety, with experience in health and safety best practices.
Experience and knowledge of PLCs, electrical motors, and pneumatics.
Excellent team-playing skills, communication abilities, and a flexible approach to work.
Analytical & problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
You will have current or previous experience working as multi-skilled maintenance engineer, shift engineer, electrical maintenance engineer, automation engineer, maintenance technician.
