About the Role:
We have a new opportunity to join our team as a Franchise Administration & Leasing Specialist based in London, United Kingdom. In this role, you will assist the Regional Development team and Business Development Manager with the administration of documents relating to new franchise sales, transfers, and existing sites. You will liaise with Business Developers (BDs) regularly and complete the process to ensure restaurants can trade. You will be responsible for data entry into systems and ensuring relevant stakeholders are kept up to date with the new franchise and transfer process.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. NEW SALES, TRANSFERS AND EXISTING SITES:
o Responsible for documentation and coordination relating to new sales, transfers, and existing sites throughout the EMEA region. Liaise with BD's or internal team on requirements, ensure all documentation is completed to a high standard and accurately, enter details into relevant systems, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the process. Manage transfer data input and scanning, and work with accounting to verify transfer invoices and deposits.
2. LEAD GENERATION:
o Assist with lead generation for assigned territory. Communicate with prospects, handle objections, and assist Business Developers on how to address leads received. Manage lead database and ensure lead information is accurately tracked. Handle all lead generation activities. Implement global lead generation strategies in the region. Identify tradeshows in areas and organize/arrange sales seminars to generate future leads and sales.
3. DATA ANALYSIS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
o Assist with special request projects such as report creation from Subway data, slide creation for special projects, and other duties as assigned. Work closely with company staff on franchise sales information, documentation, and data input for new non-BD areas.
Skills and Abilities Required:
* Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience in business administration.
* Must be able to communicate effectively and fluently.
* Must also be well organized with good multi-tasking and project management skills, and have strong interpersonal, communication, and PC skills.
* Individual must possess writing skills and be a good communicator in English.
* Individual must also possess a firm understanding of sales fundamentals and be able to provide guidance to Franchisees and Das.
* Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, building business cases and articulating them for leadership and other internal/external stakeholders.
